We all know the value of walking, but sometimes we don’t always take the time for this beneficial exercise. What if you could combine a walk, with spending time with your church friends, enjoing meaningful conversations, and getting a little fresh air? A group of women, (although it is certainly not limited to women) have decided to begin walking together three times a week.
The walking group will meet at St. Philip’s at 8:00 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and walk two miles. This will take approximately 30 – 40 minutes – but you can go at your own pace or for as long as you want.
There is no need to sign up or to let anyone know you are coming, just show up ready to go!
