What is Breeze?
Breeze is the new church management software that we have implemented here at St. Philip’s. We are working hard to get our information accurate and up-to-date. But we can’t do this without your help. Invitations were sent via email last week inviting you to log into Breeze and verify the information we have on file for you and your family. If you have not received an email, please call the please check your spam folder. If you do not find it there, please call the church office.
What will Breeze do for you?
This software will allow you to review and update your personal information, such as address, email, phone, birthdays and anniversaries. We are asking that each family take a few minutes to review your family’s information, make corrections if needed, and upload photos. You will be able to upload both individual photos of those in your family as well as a group family photo. Couples, and parents and children, have been grouped as families. You will have the ability to update the information for those in your family group only. You will need to go to the “people” section and find other family members.
You will also have access to an online pictorial church directory. The directory will allow you to email, phone or get directions to the homes of other church members from the mobile app. The “pictorial” portion of this directory is dependent on you uploading photos for yourself and members of your family. If you have any difficulty, please reach out to the church office.
Breeze is also replacing “Tithe.ly” as our online giving platform. If you are currently giving through Tithe.ly, please create a new Breeze account to continue giving online. You have the ability to set up a one time gift or a recurring gift. There are charges associated with giving through Breeze, and you are able to cover the fees if you would like to do so.
Online giving can also be done via text. The phone number for text giving is 830-240-2070. When you text 830-240-2070 you will be prompted to create a Breeze account to give via text. At this time we have two options for online giving – you can give to the “General Fund” or to the “Rector’s Discretionary Fund.” We will be adding funds such as the Uvalde Food Pantry, Philip’s Closet, etc. at a later date. You will be prompted to scroll through to designate the fund in which you wish to donate.
