Welcome to our New Suffragan Bishop Angela Cortiñas

Congratulations to our 7th Bishop Suffragan of the Diocese of West Texas, The Rt. Rev. Angela Maria Cortiñas.

Bishop Cortiñas’ consecration was held at St. John’s Episcopal Church in McAllen on Saturday, March 15, 2025.  The Most Reverend Sean Rowe, Presiding Bishop and Primate of The Episcopal Church, served as Chief Consecrator.
