Children’s Bereavement Center of South Texas (Uvalde)
After the tragic incident at Robb Elementary School on May 24, 2022, the Children’s Bereavement Center was quickly on the scene here in Uvalde to help the grieving families. They were able to secure a temporary space, but they aspired to have a more permanent location as they believe there will be a need for their services for the next 3 – 5 years. St. Philip’s has offered a building on our campus for the CBC to renovate and use for as long as it is needed. Renovations to the new permanent space will begin in November.
